What You'll Be Doing

You will provide one‑to‑one support to individuals, ensuring they receive care and encouragement. You are expected to act confidently, reliably, and patiently, using your sense of humour to build rapport. You are also proactive in identifying new activities and interests for those you support.

Shift Patterns
  • 10 am – 10 am the following day
  • 3 pm – 3 pm the following day
  • 10 am – 3 pm
  • 9 am – 5 pm
  • 1:1 support schedules vary by day
