We are seeking a certified Math Teacher to teach grades 9‑12 in a departmentalized setting during the 2025‑2026 school year.
Responsibilities- Plan, deliver, and assess math instruction for middle and high school students.
- Develop curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials aligned with state standards.
- Provide differentiated instruction and small‑group/individual support.
- Maintain a supportive classroom environment and manage student behavior.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and families to support student achievement.
- Participate in school and district professional development and faculty committees.
- Maintain accurate records and produce student progress reports.
- Use data to inform instructional decisions.
- Valid California teaching credential with authorization to teach Mathematics in grades 9‑12 in a departmentalized setting (CLAD/BCLAD/EL).
- Bachelor’s degree; required coursework for credentialing and subject‑matter competency.
- Registered driver’s license (if required by district).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in grades 9‑12 or advanced placement courses.
- Experience collaborating on curriculum development or instructional technology.
Annual entry‑level salary from $60,544 to $100,773 based on experience, credits and prior semesters.
