We are hiring instructors with a minimum of Mat & Reformer training who can confidently lead all levels and provide a safe, challenging Pilates experience.

• 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (minimum Mat and Reformer)
• Capability to apply a contemporary approach to classical exercises
• Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer‑service skills
• Proven group Reformer instruction abilities
• Professional and effective communication skills
• Willingness to evolve with new developments in fitness, especially Pilates
• Passion for learning and attendance at continued education trainings/seminars
• Punctual and reliable

• Skilled in the safe use of Pilates equipment (Mat and Reformer minimum), with optional expertise in Chair, Springboard, Cadillac, TRX, and Magic Circle.
• Demonstrate anatomical knowledge, safety focus, and ability to provide modifications and progressions for clients with injuries or limitations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date Club Pilates education standards.
• Develop and implement safe, effective, and challenging class plans in line with Club Pilates standards.
• Deliver Pilates instruction for introductory, group apparatus, private, and semi‑private sessions as scheduled.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.
