ELA and Math Tutor; K-12

Overview

Tutor Me Education, a leading educational service provider in the primary and secondary education space, is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Tutors to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating safe, nurturing, and dynamic environments where students can learn and grow. As a Tutor, you will work as part of a collaborative team to support lead teachers and help students achieve academic success.

• Assist students with daily academic activities.
• Provide moral support and 1:1 or group instruction in ELA and/or Math.
• Work with students in Cerritos, CA and surrounding areas.
• Follow a consistent tutoring schedule of approximately 3‑4 hour sessions, 4‑5 days a week between Monday through Friday, typically between 10 am and 3 pm.
• Make learning fun and interactive, tailoring tutoring to student questions and comments.

$25–$35 per hour.

• Ability to commute to/from Cerritos, CA (required).
• Clear FBI‑DOJ background check performed in-person.
• Positive TB test result.
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a classroom setting.
