• More time with patients – 30 minute visits addressing the whole patient.
• Small, dedicated patient panels with a focus on prevention, education and screening.
• Broad‑scope, patient‑focused primary care with reduced charting and coding.
• No RVUs or volume‐based measures – we prioritize patient health, satisfaction and engagement.

• Oversee patient‑centered primary care services at the Health and Wellness Center.
• Perform episodic, preventive, and primary health care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients.
• Conduct physical exams, health‑risk assessments, and history reviews.
• Provide referrals to appropriate medical resources or specialists as needed.
• Participate in the development of annual Health and Wellness Center goals and objectives.
• Provide clinical leadership to medical assistants, patient advocates, and the clinical director to ensure a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
• Support, lead, and model the vision, mission, and values of the company.

• 1+ years post‑residency experience.
• Current and valid state medical license.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain working relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and available patient resources.
• Knowledge of HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
• Current BLS or ACLS certification.
