Help clients achieve long‑term financial goals – retirement, estate planning, education funding, and wealth building – by building a personal practice with full support from a branch team, a regional office, and a nationwide corporate network.

• Build new client relationships through face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing, including residential, business, networking, referrals, social media and speaking engagements.
• Deeply understand clients’ and prospects’ goals to develop tailored, comprehensive strategies and maintain trust.
• Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
• Engage the branch team in creating, monitoring and adjusting the business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve desired results.
• Create a highly engaging branch environment built on mutual trust, respect, accountability and feedback.

• At least one of the following: a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the securities/financial services industry; financial services and/or sales experience; financial services registration, licensing or certification; professional and/or military career progression.
• Strong interest in financial markets, enthusiasm for learning, passion for client relationships, critical thinking ability and determination to succeed.
• Comfortable delivering personalized investment and financial solutions, taking ownership of growth, and positively impacting the local community.

• SIE (no sponsorship required);
  Series 7 & Series 66 required – can be obtained during paid study period at Edward Jones.
• FINRA registrations required within three months;
  State insurance licenses required.
• Ongoing training and CE required to maintain licenses and compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations.

• Substantial salary for the first five years with supplemental pay and commissions tied to performance.
