Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Permanent Role) – Artesia, New Mexico

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8a–5p

Primarily Outpatient, Occasional Inpatient Coverage

Up to $25K Sign-On Bonus + $8K Relocation Assistance

We’re hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join the rehab team at a supportive, community-focused hospital in Artesia, NM. This is a permanent, benefits-eligible role offering strong bonuses, relocation assistance, and a variety of cases across the lifespan.

Physical Therapist – Outpatient Focus

Provide skilled evaluation and treatment for orthopedic, neuro, and general musculoskeletal conditions

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable functional goals

$98,425.60 – $/year based on experience

$25,000 Sign-On Bonus

Up to $8,000 Relocation Assistance (with receipts)

NM PT License (or eligibility) and BLS required

Collaborative team with 2 PTAs and strong interdisciplinary support
