We are seeking detail-oriented and client-focused Seasonal Tax Preparer to join our team during the busy tax season. With a client base of over 400 individual taxpayers
, this role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely, and professional tax preparation services. You will play a key part in supporting our team by assisting with data entry, financial information collection, and preparation of individual tax returns.

• Accurately prepare and enter data for Form 1040 and related schedules with precision and attention to detail.
• Gather, review, and organize financial information from a diverse client base of 400+ tax clients

• Utilize tax preparation software and tools (e.g., Intuit Pro Series or similar) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
• Keep organized records of all client interactions, tax documents, and completed returns to ensure compliance and smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with team members to manage high-volume workloads while maintaining quality standards.

• Prior experience in tax preparation preferred (seasonal or professional).
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
• Proficiency with tax preparation software (Intuit Pro Series or similar).
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust with clients.
• Efficient 10-key typing skills for data entry tasks.
• Ability to work flexible hours during peak season to meet client needs.
