- Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, allocations, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation
Maintain revenue recognition schedules and record entries in accordance with ASC 606 - Support lease accounting under ASC 842, including right-of-use assets and lease liabilities
- Assist with payroll accruals and labor allocations
- Provide oversight and support across accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare schedules and documentation for the annual audit
- Contribute to process improvements, internal controls, and other accounting initiatives
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong full-cycle accounting experience, including month-end close and financial statement preparation
- Experience with ASC 606 and ASC 842, including an understanding of the related journal entries
- Experience working in a smaller, growing organization strongly preferred
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-directed professional who takes ownership and identifies solutions
- Experience supporting external audits and improving accounting processes
- CPA or public accounting experience is a plus but not required
