We’re partnering with a growing organization looking for a Staff Accountant who is ready to expand their accounting experience and take the next step in their career. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has built a solid accounting foundation and wants more exposure to month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, fixed assets, analysis, and multi-entity accounting. You’ll work directly with an experienced Controller who enjoys mentoring and developing accounting talent, making this an especially strong opportunity for someone who wants to continue learning and progressing.

• Build experience beyond AP and AR, including month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, fixed assets, and analysis

• Support month-end close across multiple entities
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Complete bank and account reconciliations and research discrepancies
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable responsibilities for one entity
• Support accounts receivable cash applications and customer account reconciliations
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
• Assist with financial reporting and budget-to-actual analysis
• Support accounting activity across multiple business units and entities
• Help maintain accurate general ledger activity and supporting documentation
• Partner with the Controller on additional accounting projects and process improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 2+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience beyond primarily AP and AR responsibilities
• Exposure to journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, or general ledger accounting
• Strong Excel and accounting systems skills
• Experience working within an ERP or larger accounting system environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• A desire to continue learning and expand into more complex accounting responsibilities

Multi-entity accounting experience is a plus, but we encourage candidates with a strong general accounting foundation to apply.

This isn't a role where you'll be limited to one area of accounting. The Staff Accountant will have the opportunity to learn the business, work across multiple entities, and steadily take on more sophisticated accounting responsibilities.
