Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr; base pay offered may vary based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. As an Entry Level Automotive Technician, you will gain hands‑on experience at a Goodyear Auto Service center, learning how to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding customer service.
Experience is not required; training will be provided. We encourage you to allow us to invest in your success as you invest in ours.

Depending on the location, stores may be open 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays.
Minimum Requirements- Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future company sponsorship.
- Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
- Commitment to learning new technologies in the evolving automotive industry.
- Compliance with established safety policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous automotive preventive maintenance experience or formal automotive training.
- Perform basic services such as mounting/balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, filter replacements.
- Train with mid and senior‑level technicians for additional services.
- Provide excellent guest service with clear communication.
- Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.
- Adhere to company policies on vehicle care and operation.
- Handle manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
