The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr; base pay offered may vary based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. As an Entry Level Automotive Technician, you will gain hands‑on experience at a Goodyear Auto Service center, learning how to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding customer service.

Depending on the location, stores may be open 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays.

• Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future company sponsorship.

• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
• Commitment to learning new technologies in the evolving automotive industry.
• Compliance with established safety policies and procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous automotive preventive maintenance experience or formal automotive training.

• Perform basic services such as mounting/balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, filter replacements.
• Train with mid and senior‑level technicians for additional services.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.
• Adhere to company policies on vehicle care and operation.
• Handle manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
