Logistics Manager

Operations here are good; we hired a Logistics Manager because good is a starting line, and Teamwork is how we cross the next one. Count it up: 7 years, $106,000 - $167,000, a business charter, and the kind of ViacomCBS growth that compounds.

• Write the brief that turns a vague plainspoken ambition into a scoped project
• Champion process improvements that scale with ViacomCBS growth
• Negotiate partnerships that open new revenue channels
• Manage end-to-end operations for the Arvada, CO region
• Cut three steps out of an approval chain nobody loves
• Present findings and recommendations to manager stakeholders with clarity
• Audit existing processes and recommend high-impact improvements

• Ability to learn new business systems quickly and apply them effectively
• Hands-on proficiency with Teamwork, ideally paired with Cold Chain Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The self-awareness to know which problems are yours to solve
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

What sets ViacomCBS apart isn't size but a purpose-led Arvada culture that refuses to ship APICS CSCP it wouldn't trust itself. We keep ego out of code review and let the Cold Chain Management argument win on its merits.

This freelance role pays $106,000 - $167,000 and includes flexible scheduling plus a structured plan to grow your Oracle SCM Cloud expertise.
