Monday–Friday, No Weekends, Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Do you want to make a difference in the life of a child?

Plan and prepare healthy, balanced meals for children that meet proper nutritional requirements

Maintain and track food allergies, communicating identified allergies to teachers daily with every meal delivery

Follow proper food safety, handling, and sanitation procedures to ensure all food is stored and handled correctly

Partner with the Center Leadership team to purchase food and supplies and maintain inventory records as required by local and state agencies

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward parents, children, and team members

Demonstrate flexibility to meet the daily operational needs of a childcare center

Possess a food handling certificate or be able to obtain within 90 days of hire

Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year of experience in food preparation and cooking preferred

Positive, reliable, and attentive to safety and detail

Passion for supporting children’s growth and a collaborative childcare environment

No nights or weekends
