GDT Traffic Control LLC is a traffic control company that provides services to help keep roadways, construction sites, and work zones safe. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Traffic Control Laborers and Flaggers!

We are hiring Laborers and Certified Flaggers to assist with traffic control operations at various job sites. This is a hands‑on, outdoor position that requires working as part of a team to maintain safe work zones for crews, drivers, and pedestrians.

• Assist with traffic control operations at construction sites and roadway projects.
• Help load, unload, and transport traffic control equipment.
• Assist with placing, maintaining, and removing traffic control devices under the direction of a Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS).
• Direct and control traffic safely when assigned to flagging duties.
• Follow all safety procedures and traffic control requirements.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other personnel on job sites.
• Perform general labor/shop duties as needed.

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Flagger applicants must have a valid flagger certification.
• Previous traffic control or construction experience preferred, but not required for general laborers.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and moving equipment.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
• Willingness to work overtime, overnight shifts, and weekends as needed.

• $20.00–$23.00 per hour
