Base pay range: $22.50/hr - $27.60/hr

As an Associate Banker within Chase, you will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and cutting‑edge financial technology combined with friendly and attentive service. Your role at Chase will significantly contribute to the branch's success by delivering exceptional client experiences. You will build trusted relationships with clients, sharing product knowledge and solutions and introducing them to our team of experts – helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Job Responsibilities- Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling client meetings.
- Exceed client expectations while assisting with day‑to‑day transactions, opening new accounts, and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
- Educate clients on how to use technology self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
- Perform branch operations, managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
- Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
- Build trusted relationships and demonstrate genuine care during interactions.
- Engage clients with clear and polite communication, anticipating their needs.
- Resolve client issues quickly and accurately with attention to detail.
- Collaborate as a team to deliver seamless, caring service.
- Learn products, services, and procedures efficiently.
- Client service experience or comparable experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Fluent reading and speaking in both English and Spanish (required).
- Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
- Cash handling experience.
