Team Lead

Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in the oversight of gym operations to ensure a positive member experience.

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Oversee member service to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Manage front desk operations: answer phone calls, take information calls, handle member check‑ins, sign‑ups, cancellations, and account updates; provide gym tours and resolve service issues.
• Provide backup support to the Club Manager and manage team member schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Create and maintain a positive club image, including cleanliness and appearance.
• Assist with marketing efforts: train staff on current promotions and manage related materials.
• Order supplies, maintain inventory, and track usage reports.
• Maintain timely communication with team members and supervisors to increase productivity.

• Stand and walk at least 75% of the shift.

Compensation: $16.25 per hour.
