Team Lead
Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in the oversight of gym operations to ensure a positive member experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Assist in training and developing staff.
- Oversee member service to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Manage front desk operations: answer phone calls, take information calls, handle member check‑ins, sign‑ups, cancellations, and account updates; provide gym tours and resolve service issues.
- Provide backup support to the Club Manager and manage team member schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain a positive club image, including cleanliness and appearance.
- Assist with marketing efforts: train staff on current promotions and manage related materials.
- Order supplies, maintain inventory, and track usage reports.
- Maintain timely communication with team members and supervisors to increase productivity.
- Customer Service – exceed customers’ expectations.
- Listening – actively listen and empathize to solve problems.
- Problem Solving – analyze issues and pursue appropriate solutions.
- Diplomacy – use tact and skill in interactions.
- Communication – maintain clear, timely communication.
- Honesty and strong work ethic.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Stand and walk at least 75% of the shift.
- Talk in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift.
- Lift up to 50 lbs less than 30% of the time.

Compensation: $16.25 per hour.
