The Girls Lacrosse Coach at Ralston Valley HS is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the program located in Arvada, CO. The coach will develop and organize the girls’ lacrosse team, create and implement training sessions, plan practice activities, and develop game strategies to foster team success. They will support student‑athletes in skill development, physical conditioning, and teamwork while prioritizing sportsmanship and leadership values.

The coach will also collaborate with school staff, families, and the community to promote an inclusive and supportive environment for student‑athletes.

• Strong skills in lacrosse techniques and knowledge of strategies for coaching the sport
• Proven experience in coaching and training, with an emphasis on fostering teamwork and achieving athletic goals
• Effective communication skills to engage with student‑athletes, parents, and staff
• Competence in planning and designing training and skill‑building programs tailored to team and individual needs
• Passion for working with youth athletes, promoting sportsmanship, and building team morale
• Prior coaching experience in lacrosse is needed, and any relevant certifications in coaching and CPR/first aid are a plus
• Experience managing social media and websites is a plus
