Hair Stylist/Barber – Sport Clips Haircuts

We’re looking for licensed hair stylists who are passionate about cutting hair and making clients look great. You’ll be part of a fun team environment, with opportunities for growth and training in the latest men’s haircutting trends.

• Cut and style hair for clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and average 30–35 hours on the floor per week for full‑time positions.

• Valid CO cosmetology or barber license.
• Experience in the hair industry or a demonstrated passion for the field.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

• Base pay starts at $19/hour for full‑time flexteam members.
• Average hourly pay of $30–$47 (including tips, bonuses, and commissions).
• Bonus plan: earn a bonus on every client.
