Base pay range: $19.50/hr - $30.00/hr

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.
• Record vital signs and patient data.
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health.
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.
• Willingness to float between local clinics if needed.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred:
  Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Medical Assistant (MA), Clinical Health Technician (CHT), phlebotomy certification, or relevant healthcare experience.
