Join the Soar Autism Center team as a Speech Pathologist. We are committed to providing exceptional care for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), emphasizing early intervention, integrated autism care, and evidence‑based practices.

As a Speech Pathologist at Soar, you will:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing disorders in children with ASD.
• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans to improve communication skills for children aged 2‑6, using a variety of therapeutic strategies and tools.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including behavior analysts, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to provide holistic care.
• Engage families in the therapeutic process, providing education, resources, and support to enhance their child’s communication development.
• Continuously monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Desire to be part of an organization working to advance the standard of autism therapy.
• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• License to practice speech pathology in the state of your chosen center (Arizona or Colorado).
• Preference for SLPs with 3+ years of experience, but open to new SLPs starting their career.
• Prior experience with AAC or interest in learning from our clinical teams.
• Embody a playful spirit and the ability to connect and engage with young children.
