Whether you’re a newer pelvic floor therapist or experienced but under-supported, you’ll receive hands‑on mentorship, weekly guidance, and collaboration from a team committed to your development.

3. A Full Pelvic Floor Caseload (with Ortho Focus)

We specialize in pelvic floor, back, hip, and core dysfunction — meaning you’ll consistently see the clients you’re passionate about helping.

• Deliver 60‑minute one‑on‑one Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy
• Build individualized long‑term plans of care (and help clients commit to them with confidence)
• Use Pilates‑based movement retraining for lasting results
• Collaborate with our Pilates rehab team
• Work a Monday–Friday schedule (Fridays off by 3 p.m.)
• NO on‑call. EVER.

You’ll thrive here if you’re:

• Colorado‑licensed Physical Therapist (new grads welcome with pelvic floor coursework)
• Passionate about taking an orthopedic approach to pelvic floor, core, hip, and back health
• Seeking mentorship, collaboration, and a safe place to grow

• Comfortable or willing to learn how to confidently discuss value, commitment, and outcomes
• Excited about the combination of PT and Pilates rehab (prior experience is a bonus, but not required)
• $80,000–$95,000 salary (based on experience)
