Overview

Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate Caregivers — we call ours Care Professionals — to join our team and help expand the world’s capacity to care. We provide a variety of nonmedical services that help aging adults remain in their homes with dignity, care and compassion. We have Overnight, Part-Time and Weekend Shifts available. You must be able to meet our 2 day paid training schedule on Wednesday and Thursdays from 8:30 AM to 4:40 PM.

• LOCAL COMMUTE (Our clients live in the north metro Denver area that includes Golden and Commerce City, so we hire people who also live in or near these areas).

• Companionship & Conversation
• Mobility Assistance, Support and Transfers
• Medication Reminders
• Hospice & Dementia Support (training provided)
• Participate in ongoing training to update your skills

• Preferably, at least 6 months of experience caring for an elderly person
• If no previous caregiver experience, we will train you on the skills and techniques to deliver personal care
• Dependable with strong relationship-building skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Tech savvy — we use Well Sky App to help you manage your care plan
• Age 18 or older
• Ability to lift, push, pull 25 lbs
• Valid driver license and an insured vehicle
• Local commute
• Non-smoker
