• Hybrid flexibility: 1 guaranteed telehealth day per week with potential for up to 2 telehealth days.
• Exclusive ESDM training for all BCBAs.
• Career progression to Local Clinical Trainer or Clinical Director.
• Interdisciplinary care with speech, OT, psychology, and medical services.

• Design and deliver personalized, naturalistic ABA therapy for children ages 2‑6 in a center‑based setting.
• Collaborate with speech, OT, and psychology specialists to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Apply ESDM‑informed ABA strategies (training provided).
• Maintain a caseload of 7‑8 clients.
• Conduct standardized assessments to monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Build positive relationships with families, providing guidance and support.

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Experience with ABA early intervention.
• Background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
