** About the Role

** Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs)
** for school-based positions in Arvada, CO. In this role, you’ll support K–12 students by providing speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. You’ll play a key role in helping students strengthen their communication skills and succeed in the classroom setting.

** What You’ll Do
*** Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of an SLP
* Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication goals
* Implement therapy plans and activities developed by the supervising SLP
* Collect data and maintain therapy documentation and progress notes
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams
* Assist with preparing therapy materials and supporting student engagement
* Participate in team meetings and maintain compliance with school documentation requirements##
** What We’re Looking For
*** Active Colorado SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain)
* Colorado CDE authorization/certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
* Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field
* Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
* School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required##
