Payroll Specialist – Fix-It 24/7 | Golden, CO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $60,000 – $65,000 per year (based on experience)
Location: On-site in Golden, CO

Position OverviewWe’re seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage all aspects of payroll processing for our growing team. This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll delivery while partnering closely with department managers and leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Process accurate and timely payroll for multiple pay types (hourly, salary, and commission).
- Partner with managers to confirm hours, commissions, and adjustments before each payroll cycle.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal payroll and reporting regulations.
- Prepare and review payroll reports for management and audits (internal/external).
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company payroll information.
- Support continuous process improvements within payroll systems.
- Payroll experience required.
- Proficient in Excel and experienced with payroll software.
- Service Titan experience preferred (or willingness to learn).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and follow-through with managers and team members.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- $60,000 – $65,000 annual salary
