RN Wellness – Care Synergy

Registered Nurse – Community Wellness Clinic (RN Wellness)
Location
:
Denver metro area – reporting to the Arvada office.
Schedule
:
Monday–Friday, part‑time (shift hours vary by clinic).
Rates
:
Per visit. Mileage reimbursement at 0.625 dollars per mile.
- Perform direct patient care at Community Wellness Clinics, including Medical Foot Care, Immunizations, and Corporate Health sites.
- Apply a wellness model based on health promotion, health monitoring, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
- Minimum Education
:
Completion of an approved nursing program. - Minimum Experience
:
Proven physical assessment skills for the continuum of care. Experience working with the elderly population and the public is preferred. - Required License
:
Current Colorado RN license or a license from the state of primary residence if participating in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact). Valid Colorado state driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
- Ability to lift, push, pull a minimum of 25 lbs.
