A Team-Centered Approach to Patient Care Collaborative On-Call Model
The dedicated CRNA team has the ability to work 8,10, and 12-hour shifts.
Team members work together to optimize patient care, provide seamless handoffs, and support one another during high-acuity cases.
Flexible scheduling allows CRNAs to easily trade shifts, promoting work-life balance while maintaining exceptional patient care.
Purpose Driven Work Diverse and High-Acuity Case Mix
In this CRNA role, you’ll be an integral part of a team handling a broad range of cases, including:
Trauma
Blunt
Penetrating
General Surgery
Neurosurgery
Orthopedics
Burns
OB/GYN
Work Alongside Experienced Colleagues
Join a close-knit collaborative team of 27 CRNAs and 10 physicians delivering top-tier anesthesia care.
You’ll be supported by a Chief CRNA and Chief MD, who foster a culture of mutual respect, professional development, and teamwork.
CRNAs practice at the top of their license, integral in managing diverse and complex cases.
No call, no weekends.
Competitive Compensation & Benefits
W2: $245k yearly
1099: $275,319 yearly
8 weeks of scheduled time off
Substantial sign-on bonus
