Job Description

As a Host/Server Assistant, you will greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile, assist servers in providing exceptional service, and maintain overall guest flow in the restaurant. You will work hard and enjoy the experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile.
• Assist servers in providing exceptional service.
• Maintain overall guest flow of the restaurant.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between the dining room, service bar, and kitchen.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including use of protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks, disinfectant cleaning supplies, and hand washing throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Effective communication skills—able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Commitment to making an impact and delivering excellent service.
• Ability to remain stationary and maintain mobility for up to four hours.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, and frequently reach or maneuver.

Physical Standards:
Must be able to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four hours in length, safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 lbs. Must speak clearly, listen attentively, and transport items efficiently while following protective equipment protocols.
