• Provide exceptional customer service, including product education and personalized shopping experiences.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Key Holders to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain store standards by following loss prevention guidelines and time-management best practices.
• Assist in achieving a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment.
• Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, based on business needs.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop rapport with customers and team members.
• Proficiency in time management to efficiently handle responsibilities and customer interactions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for 8+ hours during shifts.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
