As a Sales Development Representative, you will be a crucial first point of contact for potential Gatemaster Technology clients. Your primary goal will be to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives, contributing directly to our company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calling to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers within the attractions industry and related sectors.
- Utilize various prospecting tools and techniques to generate new business opportunities.
- Lead
Qualification:- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Effectively communicate Gatemaster Technology's value proposition and solutions.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and determine their fit for our offerings.
- Appointment Setting:
- Schedule qualified discovery calls and meetings between prospects and Sales Representatives.
- Ensure all necessary information is gathered and communicated to the Sales team prior to the meeting.
- CRM Management:
- Accurately and diligently update and maintain all prospect interactions and lead information within Hub Spot.
- Track and manage your daily and weekly activity metrics within the CRM.
- Ensure data integrity and provide insightful reporting on lead generation efforts.
- Work closely with Sales Representatives and Marketing to align on lead generation strategies and targets.
- Provide feedback to the team on lead quality and market insights.
- Stay up-to-date on Gatemaster Technology's products, services, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative role or call center sales environment.
- Proven track record of successfully generating leads and setting appointments.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Hub Spot experience strongly preferred).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed targets.
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
