The OpportunityThis Technical Sales role covers the Colorado Springs area. We’re excited to bring on an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to help us grow our footprint in the Colorado Springs market. If you love getting to know customers, digging into their challenges, and recommending solutions that truly make a difference, this role is for you. This isn’t your typical “sell a product and move on” position—it’s a consultative, relationship-focused role where your expertise and curiosity will shine.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on problem‑solving, enjoys building meaningful partnerships, and is motivated by creating real impact for our customers and our team.
- Develop and grow a defined territory by building relationships with decision‑makers ranging from maintenance personnel to CEOs.
- Identify opportunities and present automation solutions that bring measurable value to customers.
- Drive sales growth through technical expertise, problem‑solving, and persistence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and learn new technologies to effectively position Fiero Automation’s solutions.
- Work collaboratively with our engineering and support teams to deliver tailored solutions to customer challenges.
- Confidently handle objections and negotiations while keeping long‑term customer partnerships in mind.
- Minimum 2+ years of proven industrial/technical sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in growing sales territories and exceeding targets.
- Strong technical curiosity and a passion for learning new technologies.
- Ability to think outside the box to solve customer challenges with innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical staff and executive‑level decision makers.
- Resilient, confident, and not afraid of constructive confrontation when needed to move opportunities forward.
