Great Day Improvements Patio Enclosures - Tradeshow Marketer (Field Marketer) is a position focused on representing Patio Enclosures product lines at trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events as a brand ambassador. The role involves face-to-face engagement with potential clients and demonstrating products where appropriate.

• Schedule appointments at home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events through face-to-face interactions with potential clients.
• Demonstrate Patio Enclosures products to prospects at events when appropriate.
• Represent one of the company’s 12 brands at trade shows, festivals, fairs, and conferences and connect with prospective customers.
• Engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers to promote the brand's products and services.
• Transport, set up, and tear down exhibit displays and materials per guidelines.
• Schedule free inspections and estimates with potential customers following lead scheduling and lead submission best practices.
• Generate leads and inform, persuade, and educate customers about the brand's value.
• Work independently or as part of a team to represent the assigned brand with professionalism and passion.
• Grow within the company and potentially represent additional brands as you advance your career.
• Adapt to various event environments and engage with a wide range of customer personalities.
• Travel to event locations and participate in door-to-door marketing as needed.
• Maintain flexible work hours, including daytime, evenings, and weekends.
• Submit timecards and paperwork in a timely manner.

• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Smartphone for timekeeping and appointment setting.
• Experience representing Patio Enclosures or one of Great Day’s home improvement brands at local events.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage customers in an energetic and meaningful manner.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for connecting with people and sharing product knowledge.
• Resilience in handling rejection while maintaining a positive and engaging demeanor.
• Team-oriented yet able to work independently; initiative to take charge at events.
• Adaptability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Willingness to travel to event locations as needed.
• Timely submission of all timecards and paperwork.

• Hourly base pay from $18.00 per hour plus commissions.
