Regional Sales Manager
We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to join our Sales team at Watkins Wellness.
Job OverviewAs a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) you will provide consultative support to dealer customers within Colorado and New Mexico, offering sales and marketing training to maximize their efforts as a spa/Sauna retailer, and proactively selling Watkins Wellness’ spa, sauna, and accessory products through our dealer channel. You will drive sales of leading products such as Hot Spring® Spas, Caldera® Spas, Endless Pools®, and Tylo Saunas.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential dealer customers through product and sales training, business partnering, dealer visits, and systematic follow‑up.
- Provide regular sales and marketing training to dealers to increase product knowledge and overall business performance.
- Set and achieve annual sales targets across product categories, driving revenue growth.
- Ensure sales and marketing programs are implemented regionally, coordinating with corporate Sales, Marketing, Dealer Support, and other internal teams.
- Troubleshoot issues such as delivery, technical problems, and supply chain delays with dealer customers and internal teams.
- Manage territory by planning dealer visits, creating route loops, preparing meeting agendas, and delivering regular updates through reports and presentation slides.
- Represent Watkins Wellness at trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
- Five years’ experience in wholesale and retail sales, preferably in consumer products and B2B channels. Experience in the Pool and Spa industry is a plus.
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency with MS Office; ability to prepare reports, presentations, charts, and other data.
- Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork ability.
- Willingness to travel approximately 110 days/nights per year.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
