We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, mechanical knowledge, and experience in service technician roles. This position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. The technician will work closely with clients to ensure their HVAC needs are met efficiently and effectively.

• Hourly Rate + Commissions + Spiffs

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning units and systems.
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct field service visits to assess customer needs and provide solutions.
• Repair or replace faulty components such as compressors, motors, and wiring.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople for comprehensive property maintenance.
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work performed.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC systems.

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role in the field of air conditioning.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with HVAC design principles and construction processes.
• Experience in equipment repair.
• Ability to read blueprints or schematics related to HVAC installations and repairs.
• Previous experience in property maintenance or field service is highly desirable.
• A valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites.

• Valid driver's licences with no moving violations within the last 6 months.
• All candidates must pass a background check. Certain convictions may disqualify applicants from employment depending on the nature of the offense and job responsibilities.

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
