Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8am‑5pm

Multi‑Site: Main office - 5901 Pierce Street, Arvada

Certifications and Experience

• Technical degree in related field or an equivalent amount of training or experience.
• 1-2 years in multifamily maintenance, construction or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• EPA 608 and CPO a plus, but not required.
• Basic computer and communication skills.
