What We’re Looking For:
We’re hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician / Installer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who wants to work with a company that values honesty, quality, and craftsmanship, not just sales numbers.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (A/Cs, furnaces, heat pumps, etc.)
• Perform high-quality equipment installations according to code
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners
• Accurately document work performed
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment
• Participate in an on-call rotation (light schedule)

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of residential HVAC experience required
• Valid EPA certification
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday to Friday
• Occasional on-call rotation
