Today, nearly 200 people work globally in a 100% distributed setting—Speechify has no office. Our team includes frontend and backend engineers, AI researchers, and professionals from Amazon, Microsoft, and Google, as well as graduates from top programs.

With the growth of our iOS app (#18 productivity app in the App Store) and our recent recognition as Apple’s 2025 Design Award for inclusivity, we seek a Senior iOS Engineer to support our expanding user base and work on new projects to push our product forward.

This is a key role for someone who thinks strategically, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about product decisions, and has experience building great user experiences that delight users.

Our interview process involves several technical interviews, with the aim to complete them within 1 week.

• Lead key engineering and product decisions
• Actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app
• Work within a dedicated product team
• Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap
• Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture

• Experience on products scaled to a large user base
• Track record of taking products from inception to traction and owning the engineering of the product
