In this key leadership position, you'll act as the primary point of authority on surveying tasks, from managing critical data integrity to guiding construction crews. As a licensed Manitoba Land Surveyor (MLS), your expertise is vital in preparing official plans and conducting on-site surveys to support project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead surveying department and ensure data integrity

• Conduct legal boundary surveys and subdivision accountability

• Provide real-time support for construction layouts

• Prepare and certify necessary legal documents and plans

• Manage calibration and maintenance of surveying equipment

Requirements:

• Licensed with the Association of Manitoba Land Surveyors

• Proven self-starter with independent management capabilities

• In-depth knowledge of Trimble GPS/Machine Control systems

• Familiarity with Manitoba Land Titles submission processes

• Strong communication skills for clear guidance and support
