Position: Fall 2026 Electrical Engineering Intern
Join BBA as a Fall 2026 Electrical Engineering Intern focused on Digital Power Systems in Mont-Saint-Hilaire, QC. Contribute to innovative design and modernization projects in a dynamic team.

This internship provides an ideal environment for undergraduate students eager to apply their engineering knowledge to real-world projects. You’ll be involved in configuring smart electronic devices and designing HMI/SCADA systems while engaging in in-depth engineering tasks. The role also allows for hands-on lab experience related to digital power system testing and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support engineering projects based on IEC 61850

• Conduct tests in the BBA digital power systems lab

• Configure smart electronic devices for substations

• Design substation HMI/SCADA interfaces effectively

• Contribute to technical documentation and diagrams

Requirements:

• Enrolled in Electrical Engineering program

• Familiarity with reading plans and schematics

• IGEE registration is beneficial

• Intermediate English communication skills

• Enthusiastic about learning and teamwork
