Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Part‑Time / Casual

Manager of Clinical Centre

$32.00–$36.00 per hour

Monday to Friday (Morning shifts), Weekends as needed

• Safely deliver medications to patient homes within New Westminster and South Surrey
• Assist with medication administration (oral meds, inhalers, patches, insulin, etc.)
• Assess and monitor patient medication response
• Administer vaccinations and provide medical device teachings
• Ensure clear and concise documentation of patient care
• Maintain regular communication with pharmacists and physicians for effective patient care
• Flexibility to work part‑time shifts, including weekends, and both AM/PM shifts as required

• LPN License in British Columbia (required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (required for travel to patient homes)
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a day‑to‑day schedule while ensuring excellent patient care

• Experience in a similar role providing home‑based patient care
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
