Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Age Care policies and procedures effectively

• Liaise with healthcare professionals and partners

• Notify physicians of significant changes in resident status

• Direct Personal Support Workers on care protocols

• Participate in shift reports with healthcare team

Requirements:

• Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses

• Knowledge in geriatric or long-term care nursing

• Familiarity with applicable health acts and regulations

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
