As part of a multi-site organization, you'll care for acutely ill patients using advanced technologies. Our Critical Care Unit welcomes applicants without prior Critical Care experience, offering paid training through George Brown College’s Critical Care Certificate Program. You will support patient-centered care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Care for acutely ill cardiac and surgical patients

• Monitor hemodynamic and ventilation using various approaches

• Collaborate on care planning with team members

• Document patient care using computerized systems

• Participate in hospital committees as required

Requirements:

• Current RN registration with College of Nurses of Ontario

• BCLS certification; ACLS preferred

• Minimum 1 year medical/surgical experience

• Completed Coronary Care (Level
1) Course preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
