Position: Quality Lead for Construction Oversight
ACCIONA seeks a Quality Lead to enforce rigorous quality standards in construction. Supervise Quality Control efforts and ensure compliance with stakeholder expectations and project specifications.

This pivotal role demands leadership and technical expertise, supervising Quality Control Coordinators and coordinating quality checks. You will review and validate inspection reports while ensuring documentation meets stringent project record-keeping protocols. Your collaboration with subcontractors and construction teams will be essential in addressing Non-Conformances effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor Quality Control Coordinators

• Assign and monitor daily quality control tasks

• Oversee field inspections and material testing

• Review inspection reports and Non-Conformance Reports

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality procedures

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of construction quality management systems

• In-depth knowledge of Inspection and Test Plans

• Proficiency in construction drawings and technical submittals

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement

• Proven ability to implement corrective actions
