As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide every guest in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company, proud of it, and passionate about building brand loyalty with every customer. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work each day.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends‑first” mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Adapt to any zone—Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, or Stockroom—flexibly as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist teammates willingly to get the job done.
• Act with integrity and always follow AEO’s policies & procedures.

• Love interacting with people!
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment with energy.
• Flexible to work when guests shop—including evenings, weekends, & holidays.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Prior retail experience (practice makes perfect).
• At least 16 years of age.
