VIP, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Job Coach to work with clients at a warehouse in Arvin, CA. The role involves hands-on guidance, training, and supporting a small group of clients in a production environment.
You’ll help clients develop skills, encourage independence, and ensure daily workflow is productive and safe while adhering to the schedule from 3:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.
