Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT) - Arvin, CA
Location: Arvin Post Acute - Arvin, CA
Schedule: Per Diem / Flexible Hours
Pay: $65-$75/hour DOE
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
Job DescriptionArvin Post Acute is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide per diem coverage at our skilled nursing facility in Arvin, CA. This is a flexible opportunity to work with a supportive therapy team and deliver high-quality rehab services to patients in a post-acute setting.
Responsibilities- Complete evaluations and develop care plans
- Deliver 1:1 therapy per plan of care
- Educate patients and caregivers on mobility and home exercise programs
- Participate in care team meetings and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate documentation and billing records
- CA Licensed Physical Therapist
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- CPR certified (or willing to obtain)
- SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred
- Flexible per diem shifts
- Competitive hourly rate: $65-$75/hour
- Friendly, team-oriented work environment
- No required weekends or holidays
