• Driving sales daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Focusing on customer needs to drive business.
• Supporting company initiatives and participating in team training.
• Utilizing technology and supporting multiple shopping paths.
• Providing consistent brand-aligned customer experiences.
• Engaging with customers to build clientele and provide feedback.
• Supporting store standards and operational needs.

• Retail or similar experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Physical ability to work on the sales floor, lift up to 30 lbs, and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible travel.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with customers and team members.
