In this role, you will support the store leadership team by performing functional tasks as assigned. You will act as a role model to employees to support selling behaviors and the execution of tasks in specific areas of expertise. You will focus on leading processes, executing tasks, and maintaining productivity to ensure goals are met. Through collaboration with your leadership team, your goal is to role model and teach your team and drive behaviors to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Develop expertise in the brand’s selling behaviors and model these behaviors with every customer to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Support the sales leader during non-peak hours, with the customer as the primary focus.
• Collaborate with the store leadership team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Build and share product lifecycle and brand knowledge.
• Assist with opening and/or closing checklists and other tasks outside of peak hours as needed.
• Leverage omni-channel tools to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.

Hourly Range: $16.60 - $20.75 USD

Employee pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and location. We will meet minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range as required by city, county and state laws.
