This role demands dependability and teamwork in managing projects within urban environments. Candidates must possess the proper certifications and demonstrate proficiency in operating construction machinery. Key tasks include clearing debris, loading materials, and working under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transport construction materials and equipment daily
• Dismantle barricades and scaffolding efficiently
• Clean and prepare surfaces for construction work
• Remove asbestos and other hazardous materials safely
• Maintain safety protocols for a clean worksite
Requirements:
• Valid Asbestos abatement and safety training
• Forklift certification a plus
• Experience in handling heavy loads
• Strong oral communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
