Cooper Electric Supply, LLC is part of the Sonepar group, the world’s #1 electrical distributor. We offer electrical products and services to contractors throughout the Northeast and are seeking a motivated Service Coordinator to support our team.
What You Will Do- Answer incoming calls and emails.
- Route, schedule, and communicate with technicians using scheduling software.
- Create detailed estimates for emergency service and repair work.
- Follow‑up on all estimates sent to customers until closure.
- Source and secure parts for routine maintenance, repairs, and emergency services.
- Review customer accounts for past‑due balances prior to scheduling work.
- Coordinate return of unused or defective parts.
- Strong customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate information and present solutions to a customer.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
- Ability to operate computers and relevant software.
- Ability to prioritize needs in a fast‑paced environment.
- Physical ability to sit for much of the shift while using phones and computers.
- This job is performed primarily in an office environment.
Hourly: $21/hr – $25/hr, depending on experience.
LocationOcean, NJ
Work HoursMonday – Friday, rotating on‑call hours.
